Hawley Revival Return Policy

At Hawley Revival, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. As a seller of authenticated, pre-owned luxury goods, we maintain a structured return policy to ensure fairness and integrity for both our customers and our business.

Please review the following terms carefully prior to making a purchase.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@hawleyrevival.com. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this return policy. Any chargeback filed outside these terms will be considered fraudulent.

In the event of pricing errors, listing inaccuracies, or technical issues, Hawley Revival reserves the right to cancel orders prior to shipment.

All returned items are subject to inspection and authentication verification. Items that do not match original serial numbers, microchips, condition documentation, or internal identifiers will be refused and reported.

Hawley Revival reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have made every effort to accurately display any defects, damage, or signs of wear. Please note that these are pre-owned luxury items and may show minor wear consistent with age and use. Returns will not be accepted for any defects, damage, or wear and tear that have been disclosed on the product listing.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • All return requests must be submitted via email to:

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Approved returns are issued in the form of store credit only

  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee (outlined below).

  • Store credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

To be eligible for return:

  • The original Hawley Revival tag must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered.

  • All original inclusions must be returned (dust bag, box, lock, authenticity cards, packaging, etc.).

  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, damage, odor, or alteration.

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.

If an item is returned in a condition different from when it was shipped, the return will be denied and the item will be returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • In-store purchases

  • Online purchases picked up in-store

  • International orders

  • Jewelry items

  • Online outlet or promotional sale items

All final sale items are clearly designated at the time of purchase.

Online Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@hawleyrevival.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for written return authorization before shipping your item.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns will be processed as store credit only.
Original shipping, insurance, and processing fees are non-refundable.

Restocking & Processing Fees

The following restocking fees apply to approved returns:

  • Items under $500: $25 restocking fee

  • Items between $500 and $5,000: $50 restocking fee

  • Items over $5,000: $100 restocking fee

  • Orders cancelled prior to shipment: 3% processing fee

  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase may be deducted from issued store credit where applicable

Restocking fees are deducted from issued store credit.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend:

  • Insured shipping

  • Signature confirmation

  • Trackable carrier service

Hawley Revival is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen return shipments

  • Carrier delays

  • Damage incurred during return transit

Store credit will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Processing Timeline

Once your return is received:

  • The item will undergo inspection and condition verification.

  • Store credit will typically be issued within 15 business days following inspection.

  • Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

Pre-Owned & Authenticity Notice

Hawley Revival exclusively sells pre-owned luxury goods. Minor wear consistent with prior ownership may be present.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions and images prior to purchase. If a visible flaw appears in product photos but is not described in writing, it is not considered misrepresentation.

If you believe an item received is inauthentic or materially inconsistent with the product listing, you must contact info@hawleyrevival.com within 5 days of delivery so we may review the matter promptly.
