The Chanel 2.55 Reissue Double Flap in maroon patent leather with silver-tone hardware. If the classic flap is a sermon, the 2.55 Reissue is the original text. First created by Gabrielle Chanel in February 1955 and reissued to honor that legacy, this bag carries history in its very construction. The Mademoiselle lock, the burgundy lining, the double flap, the aged silver-tone chain strap. Maroon patent leather brings a depth and luminosity that transforms the silhouette into something altogether more dramatic. This is not a bag for the timid. It is a bag for the faithful.

Please note: there is minor wrinkling of the patent leather on the back panel, and a popped stitch on the shoulder strap. Both are noted in the photos and do not affect the structure or wearability of the bag.
